Welcome to Coach Morgan's webpage! 
I love teaching and interacting with students.  I feel honored and blessed to be working at DeSoto Central High School. I hope this website helps you be a more successful student and/or a more involved parent.
My Goals for my classroom are: 
  • To guide students to be mathematically proficient students with the ability to use problem solving skills to analyze and explore problems and make conjectures to effectively communicate their arguments and reasoning.
  • To challenge to students to think beyond their limits! 
  • Albert Eistein said "Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think." -- I want my students to think, not just memorize facts.
​MOTIVATION : 
Joe DiMaggio said, “Motivation is something nobody else can give you. Others can help motivate you, but basically it must come from you and it must be a constant desire to do your very best at all times and under any circumstances.” 

Coach Morgan says, you must have a desire to want to succeed! I can help you get to the door of success and help you acquire the tools of knowledge, but only you can apply those tools to open the door!

To succeed, your desire for success must be greater than your fear of failure!
